Sarah Mitchell
Hi, I’m Sarah Mitchell, Sales Training Director at Frontline Sales Training.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years leading sales teams and training sales leaders, and what I enjoy most is helping good teams become genuinely high-performing ones.
My style is collaborative but definitely results-driven. I love working alongside executive teams and sales leaders to set the direction, sharpen the messaging, and build a culture where people want to win (and know how to).
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, reading leadership books, or volunteering with women’s mentorship programs, anything that keeps me learning, grounded, and connected 😊

James Collins
I’m James Collins, Business Development Manager at Frontline Sales Training.
I help companies find the right sales training for what they actually need, whether that’s sharpening skills, improving conversion, or getting the whole team selling with more confidence and consistency. So I’ll ask a few questions, listen to what’s going on in your company, and help you pick a sales training approach that fits your team.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually travelling, playing chess, or cooking something new, ideally all without burning it.

Emma Roberts
Hi, I’m Emma Roberts, Senior Sales Training Specialist at Frontline Sales Training.
I’ve got 8+ years of experience in direct sales and sales training, and my work is all about the practical stuff, the skills sales reps use in real conversations. I support teams through hands-on coaching, sales skill sessions, and by building training materials that are easy to use and actually helpful in the field.
Outside work, I like doing yoga, taking photos, or going to the theatre for a live show.

Michael Johnson
I’m Michael Johnson, Sales Leadership Coach at Frontline Sales Training.
I’ve spent 20+ years coaching and mentoring sales leaders, from new managers stepping up for the first time to experienced executives who want to level up their leadership skills. A lot of my work is about leadership development, executive coaching, and high-performance sales strategies, with a big focus on mindset and emotional intelligence.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, watching a bit of sport, or playing the guitar.

Liam Harris
I’m Liam Harris, Strategic Sales Training Consultant at Frontline Sales Training.
I’ve worked in sales strategy for 10+ years and spent the last 7 years consulting with teams who are trying to grow without things getting messy. A lot of my work is around tightening up sales processes, improving the operational flow, and helping teams scale in a way that feels sustainable and not chaotic.
Outside work, I like cycling, doing a bit of birdwatching, or cooking and testing new recipes (some turn out better than others).
